This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding the shipment and delivery of orders placed through our website.

  1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from receipt of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on weekdays or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
  2. Domestic Shipping (United States) - Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $75; flat rate $5.99 for orders under $75. - Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Flat rate $12.99. - Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Flat rate $24.99 (order by 12:00 PM EST).
  3.  International Shipping We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most EU countries. Delivery time is 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your order via the link provided in the email or through our website’s "Track Order" page.
  5.  Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will review claims and assist with replacement or refund at our discretion.
  6.  Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries without prior arrangement.
